Welcome to Sunset Dreams, a brand new (October 2026) ultra luxury home on the turquoise waters of Eleuthera’s Caribbean shore.  Sunset Dreams is the ONLY waterfront home in Governor’s Harbour that is gated for security and walkable to the town’s restaurants, bars and stores.  Enjoy our calm, protected Caribbean bay and our spectacular nightly sunsets.

Sunset Dreams features a heated 50-foot infinity-edge pool overlooking the Caribbean.   This spectacular pool has a swim-up bar with five seats, a big-screen outdoor TV, and a cantilevered roof with a rainfall feature.   A few steps take you down into the Caribbean, typically as calm as a lake, with 30 inches of depth and a sandy bottom.  You can snorkel right here behind the house.

Sunset Dreams also features a 60-foot man-made beach right in your back yard, a water trampoline, 2-person kayak, paddleboards, and bikes.  Solar power and a back-up generator ensure uninterrupted power.  Other amenities include AC and high-speed internet throughout the property.

Sunset Dreams consists of a 3800 square foot four-bedroom main house and a 1200 square foot two-bedroom guest cottage, both with stunning ocean and sunset views from most rooms.

Step inside the main house and you enter a vast great room with a wall of glass overlooking the pool and sea beyond.  This giant glass wall retracts completely to open the house to the sea breezes.  Furniture throughout the house is custom designed and fabricated from Parota hardwood.  Floors are travertine.

Sunset Dream open-plan great room features a luxurious and fully equipped island kitchen.  Our ocean-view kitchen is finished in quartz and stainless steel, and features appliances by Subzero and Wolf.

The ocean-view dining area has seating for 10 at the table plus 4 more at the kitchen island.   

The living area looks out at the pool and sea through a wall of glass.  It features two separate sitting areas and a full bar, all with ocean views.  It also has a wall-mounted 75-inch TV, a powder room, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. 

The south end of Sunset Dreams main house is dedicated the spectacular master suite.  This king bedroom suite enjoys a sweeping ocean view through a wall of glass that retracts to welcome the sea breezes.   The luxurious en-suite bath has double sinks, a separate water closet, a walk-in shower, and a large stand-alone tub with an ocean view. 

On the other side of the house are two guest suites with king beds and garden views.  These two bedrooms share a full bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. 

This end of the house also features an extra-large ocean-view TV room with a wall-mounted 75-inch TV.  This room also enjoys a fully retractable glass wall facing the sea.  The TV room has a queen-size sofa bed (not yet landed, but available starting Dec. 15) and can serve as a 4^th bedroom for the main house.

The detached guest cottage is a complete two-bedroom house with the same spectacular ocean views as the main house.  It has a full kitchen, a living and dining area with a retractable glass wall overlooking the Caribbean.  The guest cottage features a 75-inch wall-mounted smart TV and a laundry room with washer and dryer. 

The guest cottage has two bedrooms.  The master bedroom has a king bed and a fully retractable wall of glass overlooking the pool and ocean.  The guest bedroom has a king bed and a garden view.  These bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Sunset Dreams is an 8-minute walk from Governors Harbour, the main town on Eleuthera.  Governors Harbour has restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, a bank with an ATM, an ice cream parlor, a bakery, gift shops, and a dive shop. It has a nice little collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking a picturesque harbor. You can buy fresh fish and lobster afternoons from fisherman at the town dock. Friday night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour is a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street. You won’t want to miss it.

Eleuthera is most famous for its 100 miles of spectacular, deserted beaches. It has a population of just 8000, and everyone knows everyone.  It’s famous for being very safe.  The snorkeling and diving on the island are world class. There are many reefs which you can snorkel or dive right from the beach.  The fishing is also excellent, because the island is so undeveloped and thinly populated.  Bonefishing is very big, as is deep sea fishing and reef fishing.  You can fish on your own or hire a guide. Boating, surfing, and other water sports are also popular. You can rent power boats, sailboats, sea kayaks (the house comes with 2 kayaks included at no charge!), paddle boards, jet skis, and bikes.  You can have a charter captain take you out for fishing, snorkeling, or diving excursions.  There are several popular spots for cliff jumping, including some tame enough for children.  There is excellent sightseeing as well. Eleuthera has vast caves, cliffs, a bottomless ocean hole, dozens of beaches, each one unique, some historic churches and 19th century homes, and little villages to explore.  There are local tour guides who can show you around. The island is truly magical.
