Leave the cares of the world behind you. Push open the expansive sliding glass doors and step outside. Breathe in the sweet fresh ocean air. Allow yourself to be the soothed by the tropical breezes and the gentle rhythms of the surf below.
Start your day sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee from your expansive glass-railed deck. Then follow your footsteps down to the soft pink sands of your secluded beach. Wade into the rejuvenating seawater or wander in solitude along your pristine beach. Rinse off under your seaside shower, then plunge into the soothing heated saltwater of your private pool. (A pool heat fee of $350 per week applies if you would like the pool heated.)
After a leisurely pool-side breakfast, don your snorkel and fins and explore the coral reefs just beyond your beach. Or soak up the sun while escaping into the pages of that special book you have been saving. After lunch, take a leisurely float in your secluded pool or nap under the dappled shade of a palm tree.
In the evening enjoy preparing your dinner in your beautifully appointed gourmet kitchen. Listen to your favorite tunes from the rich stereo of your Sonos Bluetooth speakers all while looking out over the ever-changing seas. Marvel at the spectacular island sunset over cocktails. Dine under the stars, savoring freshly caught seafood, grilled to perfection on your gas grill and locally-grown organic veggies all delicately seasoned with herbs snipped from your very own organic herb garden. Or…let yourself be pampered… book an ocean-side table at one of the world-class restaurants (just a short drive away) and dance the night away to the live rhythms of Island music.
After dinner relax in the living room on your Italian leather sofa, while catching glimpses of passing cruise ships off in the distance. Then head down to the lower level and enjoy a movie on your 55” Roku TV from your luxurious reclining La-z-boy sofa. Or, opt for the seclusion of your expansive Master suite and watch your 48” Roku TV in the comfort of your premium-quality king-size bed.
Just before you head off to dreamland, tiptoe outside and let the last remnants of stress dissolve away while gazing up at the billions of stars twinkling above. Dream House is a newly-built, modern two-story, 3 bed/3 bath house with all the comforts of home much more. Our back-up generator ensures no power failures to spoil your dream! We also have a pack n play crib.

Families with young children are advised that the pool is in close proximity to the house and accessible through 5 doorways. There is no fence or gate around the pool. Also, stone retaining walls present fall hazards.
All screens are 20/20 mesh to keep out even the smallest no-see-ums.

We had a FANTASTIC family vacation at the Dream House in Eleuthera! Pam and the Eleuthera Vacation Rentals team gave us great tips on what to do and where to go. Our favorite memories were simply going to the beach right outside our house to snorkel, play frisbee in the beautiful turquoise water, and walk along the beach. Lots of great food in the area including the Friday Fish fry in Governor’s Harbor. Would love to go back one day soon!

Maybe I’m being a little critical because apparently most others rated this property perfect, but I will attempt to give an honest review. The pros: Pam, the management team, the view, the beach access, and the location are all excellent. Anytime we had a question the team was professional and extremely fast to respond. We enjoyed the view and beach all week. The cons: the property needs some attention. The walls/baseboards have been marked up in a lot of spots, several cracked floor tiles, kitchen cabinets with obvious cracks, pool tiles are in terrible condition, patio furniture is worn (far from luxury as described), upstairs patio table is broken underneath, and several bath towels with brown stains. People are hard on rentals and we completely understand, but to say this property is a perfect five stars is a stretch. We would still recommend the property as non of the cons are deal breakers and the view/location/overall cleanliness are solid. Overall, we had a great week, but were some what let down by the condition of the home.

We are so sorry about the minor items that are showing wear. The challenge is that this house is so popular and rents almost every week of the year, back to back, that it’s difficult to find time for repairs. We have blocked off three weeks for repairs this year (starting 2 days from now, in fact), during which we plan to address all these issues.

Outstanding experience at the Dream House!! The house is more beautiful in person than what you see in the pictures. The view of the beach and ocean from the deck is incredible. When I sent the pictures to friends they thought they were fake because via is that stunning. The house is perfectly maintained and having Tennille to assist was great. The lasagna was so nice to have for dinner on our first night after a long day of travel that started early in the morning. The kitchen in the house was stocked with everything we needed to cook some great meals and we found a couple of farmer's markets close by that had a nice assortment of fruits, vegetables and seafood to cook. We found the best places to eat were Tippy's and La Bougainvillea. The house was the perfect mix of adventure and luxury. I highly recommend a stay at the Dream House.

Our family throughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Dream House! The only regrets was having to pack up and leave. Waking up to the gorgeous un restricted views of the Atlantic each morning and not enduring any noise or light pollution at night was everything we had hoped for when wanting to get away. We only saw three people on the beach our entire stay. Our kids enjoyed playing in some downed trees along the shoreline. It was good imaginative play all week for them. The property manager Tennielle and staff checked in on our first evening with a delicious meal that held us over for two nights. This was a great touch as we traveled during the off season and was trying to think of dining options for the night. The road leading up to the house was a bit bumpy but nothing our small suv couldnt handle. We enjoyed the rough roads actually. It added to the adventure. After this stay, we are highly considering making Eleuthera an annual trip (hopefully this location). Everything was perfect. Thanks for being wonderful hosts.

We are a family of 6 adults and we stayed for 2 weeks. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Individual adjustable air conditioning in all 3 bedrooms. Air conditioning in main living/kitchen area but it did get a bit warm during the day. Loved having the private beach right in front of us. A bit of a climb but only took about 2 minutes to walk up the hill. Pool was great especially after a day at the beach. The manager, Tenielle, was quick to answer any questions we had. Driving on Eleuthera is an experience in itself but we loved the adventure. Tippy's is a about a 10 minute drive away and we loved the food. We took a full day excursion with Uncle Rob Adventures and we would highly recommend him. Would stay at Dream house in a heart beat and it surpassed all our expectations.

This house surpassed expectations. The home is very clean and beautiful but the real star is the view and nearly private beach. We honestly couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We snorkeled right in our own back yard many days. The house does sit high on the hill (which is why the view is so spectacular) so be aware that it is a pretty steep walk to and from the beach. Beautiful views from this awesome house on the beach. Very clean with all the amenities. Awesome house manager, Tennell, was always available to address any questions or issues. We had 4 adults staying in the Dream House. The House was spacious and had a incredible view. The walk down to the beach looked harder than it was and the walk up was definitely worth it because the beach for absolutely the beach beach around!!! We seen maybe 5 people on our beach in the whole week we stayed. The coral on our beach was so pretty. We ate out twice a day and our favorite places to eat were Daddy Joes, 1648, Tippys. Tips if its raining and your own the beach dont leave just wait it out its worth it!! The only think I wish this house had was more towels!! I washed them daily to have a fresh towels each day. The lady that took care of the house was so sweet and made sure we were good during our stay! I would suggest if you get this house you have a high clearance vehicle. We had a Jeep and it was perfect. The holes in the road definitely got worse the more it rained which was daily but once again the drive was worth it to get to this house!! Make sure you put bug spray on daily morning and evenings even if you dont want to. I got bug bites up and down my legs and they itch. One last thing book at boat tour with Uncle Robs Great Adventures best boat operator in the island. His knowledge as a local is unmatched! He does pick up on the north end of the island but its so worth the drive!!! Also when you need a covid test go to the Governors Harbor library. Those ladies are so nice and speedy!!
